We're very pleased to be able to bring you this little treat. Nathan Salburg released a great guitar-based acoustic album on No Quarter (Endless Boogie, The Psychic Paramount, Doug Paisley) last year. He's also the curator of the Alan Lomax Archive.
Alan was a folk music archivist and music collector who traveled the world his whole life recording song and folklore. The remaining documentation is crucial to the history of music in the twentieth century.
We will be showing never before seen film footage from Alan's visits to New Orleans, North Carolina, Louisiana and Mississippi.
